The discontinuance of the subscription by the Customer is to be addressed in writing to SCHEDOM NV/SA by e-mail, letter or registered letter. The cancellation request will be confirmed by e-mail at the address that is known in the SCHEDOM NV/SA database. The cancellation will be done immediatly as of the moment that SCHEDOM NV/SA has received the written cancellation request or at the date that the Customer has indicated in his written request.
